VATRA — Project in development

VATRA

MEGAPARC's own project — from the land to a working neighbourhood.

01Concept

A site under way.

VATRA is viewed from the outset in terms of use and long-term value. Development does not end at commissioning: after it, the property enters its operating or next investment phase, as MEGAPARC decides.

Imagery shows the real state of the site. Final architecture is not shown publicly before approval.

03Current status

Where the project stands now.

  1. Analysis

Site or existing building: we assess location, use and possibilities.

  2. Concept

We define the use, the scale and the format.

  3. Economic assessment

We run the economics and check planning and legal conditions.

  4. Design

We design for operation, not just for handover.

  5. Delivery

We build and control budget, schedule and quality.

  6. Leasing and operation

The building starts working: tenants, maintenance, the next decisions.

05Current reality

Quality is controlled on site, not in presentations: the team follows works, budget and schedule every week.

06Future vision

We build for long-term use.

A low-rise neighbourhood with public spaces, designed for a long life and simple operation. Once complete, the buildings stay with MEGAPARC or move to the next stage — as the company decides.

A vision — not approved architecture.
